Alli is a non-prescription weight-loss medication that can be effective with lifestyle and diet changes. The active ingredient orlistat helps to lessen the amount of fat absorbed by the body from an individual's food intake.

Mysimba Tablets are used to assist with weight loss in individuals with excess weight effectively. Mysimba is used by people with a BMI of 30 and above or individuals with a BMI of 27 who are at high risk for weight-related health conditions.

Mysimba contains bupropion hydrochloride and naltrexone hydrochloride to help with weight loss.

Orlistat is a licensed medication for the treatment of obesity as an adjunct to diet and exercise. It is a lipase inhibitor that works by preventing the gut from absorbing some of the dietary fat. It stops about one-third of the dietary fat from being absorbed.
